    Description

    All of these Chinese BLUE on WHITE porcelain plates and bowls have the same maker's  mark (but I can't read characters, nor was I able to find it). All feature flowers, presumably chrysanthemums,  and two butterflies. The rims are slightly scalloped. The rim area has a coordinating blue floral band design.
    All eleven pieces are free of chips, cracks, and crazing. They look contemporary.  The finish is shiny, and they look good as new, rarely used, if ever.
    Each of the eight plates are 4 3/4" in diameter,  with the rim slightly upturned,  1" high. The three small bowls are 4 1/4" in diameter and 1 3/8" deep.
    These dishes are versatile, useful in any number of ways!
