Crown Moulding Corner TEAR DROP ONLY From 4 1/2” ALEXANDRIA

I had a request from a customer who wanted only the lower portion or tear drop portion of the Block, he wanted to fabricate the upper portion himself so he purchased a bunch of these! I figured another customer may also be interested so I’m re-posting for all. Purchase price is for one tear drop! Tear drops are approximately 3 1/2” tall! they are much different than the standard molding in that i've used an Alexandria colonial 4 1/2" moulding as the tear drop for added detail. The molding used can be purchased in most supply houses! See listing photos for specifications, these have also been primed with Zinsser 123 stain blocker and painted two coats with Benjamin Moore super white semi-gloss paint! I also have bare pine if necessary, completed block is pictured with 4 1/2" crown moulding in last 2 listing photos. I also have the mid transition tear drop and outside corner tear drop! These can also be fabricated with standard shaped moulding for any size transition instead of the colonial shape! e-mail me with quantity of each needed and I will create a listing for you.
