men's Stafford blue wool and silk suit coat/jacket/blazer, 23 pit to pit, 42R

Description

Men's Stafford 2-button suit coat/jacket. Navy blue with white and light blue stripe. The pictures look darker than the coat looks in person. 90% wool, 10% silk. The tag says 42R, but I don't know if it's been altered. Use the measurements below.
Measured according to Charles Waugh's 4:30 video called "Measuring a Suit Jacket for Ebay." If it doesn't fit, it's probably not worth the shipping cost to return, s
o you could resell it here (possibly for more), tailor it, or find a friend who's a similar size.

3) outer arm measurement (3-way seam to outer hem - see video):
