Please reference the photos for measurements. I usually wear a 42 regular but this is a custom fit. So when I tried on the same blazer but in the 42 regular it was very tight on me. So I ended up getting this 46 L. But unfortunately plans were canceled and I was never able to wear it. It is new without tags. This is a beautiful herringbone pattern one hundred percent linen sportcoat. Great with jeans or slacks.
