    Rose Medallion COVERED SERVING DISH with BUTTERFLIES and GRASSHOPPERS - 19th Century. Entire Outside is Decorated with Butterflies and Grasshoppers. Inside Decoration is Floral with Butterflies. There is a Vent Hole in the Knob on Lid. In GOOD Condition - AS SEEN IN PHOTOS - Tight Clean Crack across Lid appears to have been professionally repaired and a Small Chip along the Crack (see red arrows) - Some Glaze Loss - Base has a Dent in clay that is glazed over, from in-the-making (see red arrow) - PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS. Measures 9 3/8" x 8" x 2 1/2" deep, 5 3/4" tall with Lid.
